We made it! So happy to be at the beach again, see the horizon and smell the sea. I am such a beach lover!!! Last night we arrived in Los Angeles. It was already late so we crashed into a little motel. This morning, we toured the city by car and drove through Beverly Hills and Hollywood Boulevard until we parked the car at Santa Monica.
We went for some lunch and decided to rent bikes at Venice Beach. For a hour we were amid the locals, engaging in all sorts of sport. Jogging, weight lifting, on their roller skates and skate boards…Such energy!
I always have fun when I see Miguel on a bike. It reminds me of the days we just met and he would come and see me in Amsterdam. In the cold weather together on one bike tortured by wind and rain but feeling so hot!… so in love…
Today, it felt so much the same. On our little second honeymoon. How lucky to be here together…:)
