The Laage Vuursche is just around the corner from my mum’s house. It is about a 15 minute bike ride and every year we are biking through the forests a couple of times. Such beautiful scenery and hundreds of walking paths. The fresh air and exercise make you hungry and I always take the boys for pancakes at our favourite “pannenkoekenhuis”. It has become a bit of a tradition and I so enjoy it..
Afterwards, we made another bike ride for a hour or so and then headed home. At least we digested some of the calories 😉
Today the boys continued a bit longer and went for a game of football. I made a stop at the horses. There are stalls and many grasslands where they walk freely around. I am keen to take some classes when the boys are in Spain. I loved our horse riding adventure in Patagonia and it is something I wish I could continue doing wherever I am. So let’s cross fingers I can do a few classes next week! 🙂
